I think they just think that they will get away with this because most orders are probably minimal amounts so people won't fight to get their $ backSO, the best idea is not to let them get your money in the first place ...STAY AWAY
Placed a small order with Blindspart on November 16th Haven't received product and doubt I ever will Called numerous times but only spoke times to someone No other time have they been open What's up with that Will call again and again but will never get some clips ordered Want to hear how they will try and get out of it Also read from other reviews that I will never get my money back If I do get these specific clips this business would be great but for now they SUCK big time

Same as other unhappy customers, I ordered a very small part, got the standard Out Of Stock update and have heard nothing since The listed phone number is useless Although it has only been FIVE months so why would we expect any kind of response? My advice - RUN AWAY STAY AWAY

Don't buy from this company! I ordered and paid for Kirsch Wood Trends Rings on 8/25/14. I have been waiting for two months to received the merchandise I ordered. I have been calling and emailing this company a number of times with no success. They keep telling you "we are working on it". So finally after two months on 11/1/14 I decided to cancel the order and asked for refund. Today is 11/20/14 and still no refund. I should have check peoples reviews before the order. There is a lot of unhappy customers. Be aware!
I have ordered parts for our Louverdrape blinds on several occasions over the past 20 years and have never been disappointed in the outcome. Their delivery is timely and the prices are reasonable. Thanks to their extensive stock and pictorial catalog, I've been able to maintain these vertical blinds well beyond their normal lifespan.
