I purchased a Nissan Sentra from this dealer in July It had about 40,miles on it Angelo and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful However, Angelo assured me that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected by their mechanic and that it did not have any major system issues, nor was there any frame or water damage Evidently that was a lie, as the major frame damage and subsequent hasty welding patch job should have been evident to a qualified mechanic - as we discovered today when we traded it in to CarMax for $1,(it is basically worthless) We purchased it for $8, Not only this, but the car required a new heater core in January (our mechanic said someone had used an odd sealant) and a new fan in order to not overheat and stall the engine We were stranded on I-on our way back from the holidays, and spent two nights in a hotel while the problem was diagnosed and repaired (it actually took three weeks in the end - we drove a rental car home) I know it's on the buyer to have an unbiased mechanic look at the vehicle Living in NYC, that was a needle in a haystack we didn't have the resources to locate Angelo and his family had glowing reviews at Cars.com, and at a number of other car dealer review sites Shame on me for trusting him I hope my ten month disaster can be a warning to anyone considering Bling Bling Auto Sales
