Review: Software company offers to resolved problems with the programs and it don't work, I can't communicate

with them and they don't have their live chat working as they claim, No means of contact. It take about 3

to 5 days to respond to my email reply only to keep informing them that I still have not resolved it's

functions and I keep emailing them to refund me as per there instructions on how I send product back

with postal tracking. They are trying to find some type of reasons, like waiting on your reply with the

email or didn't reply with in 48hrs. On 9/**/2013 I told them it didn't work and he issued a return ticket

request#[redacted] with instruction on where to send it to with postal tracking.
