I am [redacted] a stylist at Bling.A.Licious. I received this letter form the Revdex.com. On May 15th [redacted] called the salon and spoke with one of my coworkers about getting her hair done that day, she said that she wanted to get some highlights and lowlights put in her hair. I did not

with [redacted] until she was in my chair. [redacted] had said that she had been going to a different salon and that they were expensive and she wanted to try something new because everyone that left that salon looks exactly the same. [redacted] also mentioned that her boyfriend's ex-wife went there and she did not want to look like her so she wanted something different. I did a consultation with her and we decided to do highlights and lowlights, I used 4 different colors in her hair. [redacted]'s hair was grown out about 3 to 4 inches. [redacted] was telling me that she liked our salon so much that we were not judgmental and she felt very conformable. She had said at the last salon she felt like they were talking behind her back and made her feel very uncomfortable. My prices are depending on how much product is used. I do offer a cut, color and highlight Starting at $90 and up, does not mean that it will be $90. Each color is and extra $20. [redacted] has very long hair that requires using more products. After she was done processing, I rinsed her hair end took [redacted] back to my chair where we started the cut I showed her in the mirror how much length I was going to take off she ok it. I never took 6 inches off her hair. I did put some layering in her hair which she also Okayed. After I dried her hair she stated that she did not like some spots where her highlights were, I told [redacted] I would add some more to that areas that she c id not like free of charge, she said that she had an appointment to go to and that she was hungry. I told her to come back after her appointment she told me she would sleep on it. [redacted]'s boyfriend came and picked her up and he said that he really liked it. I told him when he left if she was not happy with anything to come back and I would fix anything free of charge. later that day I got a phone call from her boyfriend saying she did to like her hair I told him to bring her back in he told me she will not come back in and wants her money back, I said that she needed to come back in to have it fixed I was not just going to give their money back that's rry time and products too. I offered a few times for them to come in and see her hair she said that I "damaged". [redacted] also wrote a lot of bad reviews about our salon on social media. I was very nice to [redacted] and told her I would fix whatever she didn't like free of charge and told her to come in so I could see what was damaged. She refused to and just demanded her money back. I am sorry for any inconvenience I did everything I could. I have been in business for 4 years and never had a complaint like this before.

I [redacted] Owner of BlingAlicious had a customer by the name of [redacted] come to my place of business a week before the 21st of...

February asking me if I had time to do her hair BRIGHT RED! I told her we would need to bleach her hair all out cause it was BLACK . Also told her that alone cost 50 and up just for stripping the dark out, and she said that was okay this is what she wanted was to have bright red all over. Then I had told her it would not look just like the picture it would have a few tones of red cause of how dark her hair was. But she insisted it was okay ! So she came in on the 21st of February at 12.30 pm and also was late for the appointment, we did not finish till 6:20 pm with her hair was very long and thick . Before even touching her hair I gave her a price cause she had to tell her husband , then she said he would pay for it. So when we finished her color , cut and style she was very happy with how it came out and so was her husband. I had other witnesses here that seen she was pleased with the service . Then she called me two days later demanding her money back, I asked her if she could come in so I could see her hair and fix what she wasn't happy with, she said no! So me as a business owner can't fix what I can't see whats wrong. I've been a stylist for 12 yrs and I never had this ever happen , I also have a well based clientele  that are never disappointed . So therefor I asked her to come in so I could fix it , and I can't help her if she refuses to come back.
