This a real company and people are posting reviews on Blink Digital Health page that are supposed to be on here as this is the blink they are talking aboutClick on the website from this page and you will see as this in the company that's based in New York They saved me money and worked just fine

Hello, The Blink Health Customer Support team has sent the below email to the customer explaining the situation that occurredThe medication in question was filled using Blink Health and therefore no out of pocket payment was made by the customer for this particular medicationThat being said, we value our customers and want everyone to have a positive experienceAs such, we did credit the customer's Blink Health account $to be used towards a future Blink Health purchaseThis credit covers the $that the customer requested a refund for "Hi [Customer Name], I hope you are doing wellI have attempted to reach out to you several times over the last few days to discuss some confusion regarding a Blink Health purchase that was picked up at your pharmacyI was able to briefly connect with your wife yesterday and explained that we have confirmed with your pharmacist that on 7/ [redacted] you filled a medication using Blink Health as the primary payorSeveral other medications were also picked up that day and those were paid for out of pocketSince the medication in question was in fact filled using Blink Health, there was a $copay at the pharmacy and you paid nothing out of pocket for this medicationAs a result, the medication was marked as filled in our system, and we are unable to provide refunds on filled medications Blink Health values it's customers and wants everyone to have the best experience possibleAs such, we have credited your account $to be used towards a future Blink Health purchaseShould you have any additional questions, please call our Customer Support art ###-###-####." [Your Answer Here] I went to my pharmacy and received a statement of my prescriptionsIt does show that the said prescription was paid for by Blink HealthSo I think there was poor communication between Blink Health and my pharmacyAlso on the statement it showed that Blink Health only charged me $for my prescription and they took out $from my checking accountThe lady never mentioned that when we talked on the phone TuesdayThat might not seem like much money but I am on a fixed income and I have to pay out quite a bit just for prescriptions because I can't afford insurance for themI am sorry if I have caused any unnecessary work for you on this problem but I think this company is not a very good company to deal with and I just want others to be aware of this.Thank you,*** ***

At first I was skeptical and frustrated But the end result was I saved $on a monthly prescription Details: My first attempt to use Blink was with a local independent pharmacy They refused to accept Blink I got a refund from Blink two days later plus a $discount if I tried Blink again Next I tried Blink at a local Walgreens with no problem! I paid Blink online with a credit card then went to Walgreens and told them Blink is the primary payor and showed them my receipt from Blink I paid nothing at Walgreens got my prescription and saved $110! They are the real deal But I recommend using a large well known pharmacy with Blink

So I think there was poor communication between Blink Health and my pharmacy. Also on the statement it showed that Blink Health only charged me $5.30 for my prescription and they took out $9.33 from my checking account. The lady never mentioned that when we talked on the phone Tuesday. That might not seem like much money but I am on a fixed income and I have to pay out quite a bit just for prescriptions because I can't afford insurance for them. I am sorry if I have caused any unnecessary work for you on this problem but I think this company is not a very good company to deal with and I just want others to be aware of this.
