I purchased a pair of designer sunglasses online from this business on March 4,I received a confirmation email letting me know that my order was processedI also got a notice from my credit card that the money had been takenI never got any confirmation of my item shippingOn March 9,I contacted this business to see when my package would ship, it was still saying processing on their website days after orderingAfter I sent several messages on March 9th, I got an email saying that my order has shipped along with the tracking number and day priority mailIt's now March and I have yet to receive my order and the tracking number is of no use because it's been saying enroute since the 9th with a day priority shippingI've contacted USPS, they say that they see the tracking number but that they haven't received any packages from this businessI've contacted the business but they never replied so I'm going through my card services to get my money returned while they investigate

slip with her signature. She purchased the glasses on 01/22/16 (a Friday afternoon) - they left that same day. We are in Philadelphia and ship from here.  She lives in Canada and has stated she expected the glasses on 01/22/16 (a Sunday). This is not possible. Transit time to another country takes much longer.  Standard shipping to Canada is from 7 to 14 days minimum.  She received and signed for the glasses on 01/30/2016.Additionally, she made another purchase after the fact.  Please see included additional order from [redacted] from February 9th, 2016. We included the Proof of Delivery from this purchase as well.We strive for customer satisfaction and service at all times. In this digital age, she has to understand that even though the internet is open to buy 24/7, a human response may take a bit longer while a tracking is being done or a situation is being reviewed.Sincerely,Ron K
