I had bought a Hovertech Battle FX for my son's birthdayWhen we opened it to use it the directions stated that it was supposed to hover three feetLong story short it did not hover three feetI contacted the company and explained to them that there was a defect in the product that I had purchased and they turned around and pretty much told me that the defect was my fault because I used the product in my sun room (it had open windows) so the product flew out the window and flew hundreds of feet into the air and disappearedNow remember the product was supposed to hover three feet and clearly stated itThe company told me it was for indoor use onlyTechnically me being in my sun room inwas indoors but I'm glad I didn't use it in the play room because a lot of things would have been destroyed seeing there was a default in the productNot only did I waste money on a defaulted product but I also had to deal with ry upset kidAs I said before I tried contacting the company but I fee
