They did not tell me that nor did it say low on stock or out of stock when I was orderingAnd only after emails they decided to say it was out of stock I would have not ordered it if I know I had to pay more in shipping then the product when having to order twiceI feel the shipping should be refunded

This customer ordered the incorrect product two times, even when directed to the correct product after his first mistakeUrological products are non-returnable per our Return PolicyWe allowed him to return both of his orders and we issued refunds with no restocking feesUnfortunately we cannot grant his request for us to send him free product

We were wondering the same thing, but somehow you still ordered the wrong item twiceLike we said, we've issued refunds for both returns even though urological products are non-returnableWe also offered a 50% shipping discount on your next orderWe will not be shipping you free product

if I had been correctly guided I would not have ordered the same wrong part twice Why would I order the wrong part the second time--I asked for directions and did not get the correct description

When asked for the part number from the incorrect product *** received, she provided us with the exact part number that was on the original orderUnfortunately we cannot send her a different productShe is welcome to return the product that she ordered to us for a full refund

I will not be
responsible for paying shipping for what is their mistake! What they have listed on their site, & what is on my receipt is not what they sent! They have the incorrect MFR# for the Performance plus sponges! They have the correct name & picture, but the MFR# is incorrect! They are instead betraying customers by shipping these *** Split sponges for the Performance plus which the MFR# is ***I have included pictures of each item & my receipt to show it's a mistake on their part that they need to correct because it's misleading & very dishonest!
