Worst customer service experience. Purchased and paid for a spa cover and never received it after a month. Continued to be told it was ready but in Denver. Bobby continued to blame that company for non delivers due to small quantities needing to be delivered to COS. I told him as a customer that wasn't my problem and if they are selling covers in COS, then getting the product to the customer as promised is on them. We continued to be told our multiple questions would have to go through Mr. [redacted], owner. After multiple messages & attempts by phone to catch Mr. [redacted] in the store - Bobby ended up yelling at my husband out of frustration over our attempts to get the product we paid for. We have never received a return call. End the end, we had to go through our credit card company to get a refund. Still no new hot tub cover.
Bobby was great and able to help us determine which spa was the best, even when we decided to buy the 3 pump system, even though it was not needed. They worked with us very well. The store customer service was awesome. Weather has delayed the tub install for 2 days. That is a bummer, but not the stores fault. They worked with me to get it in 2 days later. I appreciate that. I have not had the install yet, but if the installers are anything like the customer service it will go smooth. I have a bad back due to the military and these guys helped me and showed me different models. They even did a "wet test" and had the spa filled within 4 hours! Super fantastic would recommend to anyone!
Very poor customer service. Bliss takes absolutely no responsibility for their actions/in-actions and blames the consumer for delays are quality of service issues. I would not do business with them if given the choice, unfortunately they are the only authorized dealer for Arctic Spas in the region. Spa's are great, but not worth the extra hassle having to deal with Bliss by Arctic.
