Review: I was sold a 10.1 gateway nav50 screen and instead I received a similar item that does not work. I should have received an actual working nav50 laptop screen. Now the terms indicate I"m paying to rma the item back on my own dime and subject to a 20% penalty restocking fee. Not only did the product not work, it malfunctioned and caused permanent electrical damage. I"m worse off then I started. This company has a negative history of doing this to their customers.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund otherwise suspicions of fraud could be interpreted from a reasonable stance.
