I moved out of my apartment complex, owned by Equimax Real Estate, earlyI moved out on March 17thMy lease was to end at the end of JulyI got a job in another state and had to start fairly soonI let my landlord know three weeks ahead of the move I knew it was short notice and I knew that I would have to pay for time that the apartment was unoccupied until it was rented out againI also sent a formal letter, which apparently never made it to the business, I was told by the receptionistI move out, they weren't able to rent my apartment by April, so I payed for April rentI called regarding May rent, I was told by the receptionist that the apartment had been rented for May and I wouldn't have to pay for that months rentI was also told then that my rental deposit would be sent to me on May 21stEventually, June 7th rolls around, and I haven't received my deposit in the mail yetI called the office on June 7th regarding my deposit, and left a message with the receptionist b
