I am in receipt of your October 8th correspondence concerning a complaint that was received by the Revdex.com from [redacted] regarding the return of a security deposit pertaining to her tenancy at [redacted]. Right. Please be advised that the complaint was lodged against Bliss...
Construction when in fact the landlord of the duplex is a different entity, [redacted], LLC, and not Bliss Construction. Regardless, [redacted] returned the security deposit owed to Ms. ** and the matter should be closed. Sincerely, Paul B.
