I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

I appreciate the notification of our dissatisfied customers complaint and giving me the opportunity to respond with our position in the matter On, July 3, we received an email from [redacted] inquiring about trash removal serviceWe responded on July 6, with the enclosed email explaining the service we provide, the cost, pickup schedule and the required payment to get the service started.On Friday July 7, 2017, we received an email from Ms [redacted] that she is ***'s girlfriend and if we supplied her with the account information she would pay the required upfront payment to get the service startedMs [redacted] did provide her payment information on 7/18/However, it states on the confirmation that was provided to her, the payment was scheduled for 7/20/and B [redacted] Environmental Services, Incis not absee that this payment is scheduled and will not be aware of it until it is processed on 7/20/17.When Ms [redacted] provided Me***a with the confirmation payment, Me***a tried to explain that the payment wasn't scheduled till 7/20/17, this is the reason why her trash wasn't picked up on 7/18/However, we would be there the following week to start her service as the payment would be received and credited to her accountShe insisted that we come back that day to get her trash.Me***a tried to explain that until we receive payment for the services, we don't start the serviceMs [redacted] wanted to talk to the owner and at the time I was not availableMs [redacted] didn't want to end the call until we assured her that we would becoming to get her garbage that dayMe***a explained again that the payment hasn't been received and until the payment is received the service wouldn't begin.Ms [redacted] has since canceled this payment, as we never received the $in question.We apologize that a resolution couldn't be made in this situationIt is our policy that we do not start providing service to new customers until the initial payment has been credited to the account.B [redacted] Environmental Services, Incdoes take pride in our customer service and we try to find a resolution to keep our customers satisfied but abide the policies that our company has in place.Unfortunately, with this situation we were not able to come to a common resolution.If you should have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to discuss the situation further.Sincerely, Travis B [redacted] , President
