Very FUC*ING UPSET - Would not order again nor recommend you do
I purchased a Bliss Hammock from one of their retailers. The hammock had a discount card in it stating that I could order a 10-ft Hammock stand with FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING and a $100.00 off. Long story short It didn't come with a stand. It had hooks that allowed you to hook hammock to a tree. I went on Bliss Hammocks website and found the stand that I needed. I called them back and asked where to apply the $100.00 code and they said the code was invalid. Later they told me to order the item at FULL price plus shipping which was $155.24 total and that I would be refunded the $100.00 plus s/h. I did that and was told that I would be given a "store credit". I waited 3-5 business days and no store credit was given so again I called. Was told that no credit at all would be given since I didn't purchase the actual hammock from them. I tried not to cuss them out but instead I asked for a return shipping label because I would be returning the stand and expecting a FULL REFUND. Item was in the possession of the shipping provider with the 30 day window. They received the item 4 days later and I expected to see a refund in 3 business days. Oh, but of course that would be way too simple. I called on 5th business day of them receiving the item and was told even though I returned the item, that I would not be given a refund since I didn't order the item from them directly. LOL what a joke and I had to explain to the representative again that I did purchase the stand from them but the actual hammock I did not. I returned the stand to them. I gave her the order # and she said that it was not one of their order #s and therefore no refund would be given. Here we go again more BS. I had to have her go to Bliss Hammocks website and add that exact item that I ordered and later returned to a cart. She did that and at final check out it says that it's owed to Snow Joe, LLC c/o Bliss Hammocks. She put me on hold and so I called my bank and started a dispute. I had Snow Joe on one phone and my bank on another. Each could hear what I was saying to the other but they couldn't hear what each of them were saying to me. I could sense a change with Snow Joe's employee knowing that I was making a dispute with my bank because she put me on hold again and then came back and said I would be given a refund back to my original payment method for the price of the item that I ordered. And NO I don't believe that the money will be in my account in 1 - 3 business days. I followed through with placing a dispute with my bank. This company is a total joke and must think I was an it but this girl is no it. Hopefully this will help you in deciding to order from Snow Joe, LLC. c/o Bliss Hammocks but I never will again.
