I called Bliss Limo on a Thursday, 7 months in advance to cancel my booking. He told me that they were "very busy for the summer and booking fast" to which I responded "great, it will be no problem for you to re-book than". He said that he would get back to me regarding a refund and to call back on the following Monday. I tried numerous times to get in contact with him over the next few weeks but there was never an answer. Finally, I emailed him and stated that I expected a full refund and that I did not want any further transactions put through on my credit card. I immediately received an email back saying that he was in Cancun and " I asked my partner before I left about refunding your deposit and she said no. It states right on our invoices "no refunds on deposits". Although it does state that on the receipt, I was not told of this before he took the deposit. I originally only needed his business for 2.5 hours but he charged me for 4.25 and therefore I had to pay for HALF of the expense as a deposit (14 months in advance) which totaled $323.53. He has been ignoring my calls for the past month and won't respond to emails either. I would just like my money back! [redacted], the credit card amount for half booking for deposit. We are like any other service when it comes to deposit, the reason we take deposit is to hold that date for them. That date July 2nd 2016 is still set aside for them. We are not refunding deposits. Thank you.
