I first got in contact with an individual by the name of Raffay in the month of April 2019. Raffay was very pleasant to deal with and after some back and forth, we agreed on a car for lease. In June I agreed to meet him and retrieve a Honda civic from a dealership in downtown Chicago. Before my departure from Peoria, I asked him several times, what the agreed walk-out-the-door price would be.

At the time of signing the lease, the price was not the agreed $800, but was instead $1080. Raffay through multiple emails ensured me that I would receive the difference in the mail within a few days. This went on for several months. His boss, Javy, later got involved and he too promised to refund me the amount.

This went on for several months without any resolution. I left a negative review on a auto leasing website about my experience with them and they in turned dragged my name through the mud.

I am Canadian and had recently moved here with my wife to start a new life working at OSF hospital. She's a nurse, while I am both an Anesthesia Assistant and RRT. We had no credit history but needed a car. We got the car, but were promised our refund.

I never knew about contacting Revdex.com until I read it on a website recently Hence my delay in contacting you.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

I have all the email correspondence with that promise.
