To whom it may concern: I am a licensed nurse, cosmetologist & tattooist in MissouriI am the owner of Bliss Styling Suite, LLCI have obtained over certifications in my craft & have been doing Microblading for monthsMs*** scheduled her appointment online & was seen on
12/6/at 1pmHer card was swiped for payment at 2:58pmAverage time on my Microblading is hoursI see approximately 2-people a week specifically for my Microblading serviceMs *** was first presented with our waiver, release, & consent to serviceHer signed copy is attached to this emailThis waiver specifically states that Bliss can deny any person service without reason & that outcome is not guaranteedIt also states the aftercare is completely in the hands of the client and they accept responsibility for outcome and agree to pay if further treatment is neededMs *** initialed every statement on the waiver and signedWe then mapped her brow shape out at which she agreedShe then agreed to the shape & colorWe discussed after care & she was given an instruction sheet to followClient was pleased with service and even stayed approximately extra minutes after her appointment with her mother talking to meShe left with a smile on her faceIn Microblading there is a term “brow shock” where clients are not used to how their new brows change their face or feel as if the fresh pigment will not fadeClients are educated that pigment does fade up to 50% over their healing time & then the final touch up is doneWednesday, 12/6- procedure performed12/- (afternoon) I spoke with Ms *** about her concern of how dark they wereShe was reassured and we got off the phone12/8- I have a voicemail of Ms *** crying on it saying she wants them removedEarly afternoon I get a call from her husband asking about the healing process and he stated she couldn’t call because she was at the doctorI then received pictures of her pink browsThe pink areas are from scrubbingThere is one area where you can tell she specifically was trying to get it offIf a client rejects pigment then it is all over, not in spots and definitely not during the first weekShe requested a copy of her waiver and I sent it through my business *** page(Conversation screenshot & attached) I advised her to follow her doctors care at this pointThe waiver also advises to seek medical attention if need be by your own judgement12/11- I message her to check on her & I hear nothing back until 1/1/1/1/18- she messaged me attempting to schedule her next appointment I let her know that I will no longer be taking her as a client1/5/18- Ms *** calls my business phone and I let her talk for a good few minutesShe was requesting her touch up appointmentShe stated she didn’t actually have an infection but that the doctor was unfamiliar with Microblading and gave her an ointment just to be on the safe side because they were pinkI don’t understand if you’re unhappy with a service why would you be so adamant to getting another appointment with that business again? She wanted me to do her brows againI know from my education , experience and certifications that she has now scarred herselfShe did not follow proper aftercare & I utilized my policies in my waiver to choose to no longer accept her as a clientI offered to refer her elsewhereShe then called me a ***, left negative reviews anywhere she could find, states she would be at my business with the police and that she would file with the Revdex.comI stated that would be fine and she called me a *** againI then stated I was ending the conversationMs *** was aware of the aftercare, waiver, possibilities of pigment rejection & risks involved with the procedureShe cannot receive Microblading further because she has caused scarring to herself by trying to self removeAs she stated I was recommended to her and she saw I had excellent reviews on *** & webpagesAnother crucial point is my waiver asks for all medicationsShe stated none to meAt the end of her procedure she stated she was in a month clean addiction recovery & also bipolarThat is wonderful for her to be clean & on a positive path but she broke the terms of my waiver but not revealing medications up front as askedI feel Ms *** was alone at night during the phase of Microblading healing and got scaredInstead of following aftercare & being patient for healing she decided she would try to remove the pigmentI have had one other case like this and she admitted to self removing because her husband was making fun of herAll of my other clients follow aftercare and make it to the touch up phase & are very pleased with their outcome!
