Review: I have $240 worth of gift certificates (their special was by $100 and get an extra $20) that I received as a gift from my father which would not expire until December 2015. I tried to make an appointment recently and there is no answer and no info. Phone days "temporarily disconnected" and website is "under construction".Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the gift certificates.

Review: I purchased close to $500 in spa services from Bliss Unisex Salon and Day Spa. I have been a client of theirs for years and have had no issues.

Services purchased included 4x90 minute deep tissue massages and 1x1 hour custom facial. One 90 minute deep tissue massage was redeemed.

The salon abruptly closed with no notice.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the services that I have not utilized ... 3x90 minute deep tissue massage and 1x1 hour custom facial.

Review: Received a gift certificate from Bliss Unisex Day Spa & Salon, 1933 Kirkwood Hwy, which has not expired. Called them at [redacted], to make a reservation and a recording stated "number not in service". Recording referred to [redacted], Old Capitol Tr, Wilmington, by pushing "1" or A[redacted], Pulaski Hwy, Bear, by pushing "2". I spoke with both agencies who have no knowledge/connection with the Bliss business or their owner/employees. I am searching for either a business which accepts their gift certificates or a complete refund for the gift of: one (1) hour classic massage, one (1) hour relaxation facial, spa manicure and spa pedicure.Desired Settlement: I would prefer my children, [redacted], to be refunded for the amount of the gift certificate - OR - permitted to use the certificate at another location. I believe the amount paid was $120.00.

Review: I purchased a gift card for my mother's birthday on 11/19/14. She went to use the gift card 2 weeks ago and found out that the business is now permanently closed down. There is no additional information on any sites for this business. The gift card was for $100 towards any service.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the amount of the gift card $100 or find another spa business where it can be used.

Review: We received gift certificates for this day spa (at our request - we've gone there before) for Christmas. When we tried to receive services in return, we had to leave a message. We finally heard back from them and were told they were having phone issues. We tried a second time to set-up an appointment and their answering machine was full. The number has since been disconnected and emails asking for an explanation are not being returned. Desired Settlement: We would like compensation for the gift cards - amount totaling $120.

Review: I have a gift certificate for a 60 minute Specialty Massage ($60 value) that was purchased on October 7, 2014. I have been trying to contact someone from this business since July 2015 to either redeem this gift certificate or get a refund. It seems that this business is longer open and their phone has been disconnected. I attempted to email them as well and that was returned as undeliverable. As this gift certificate is only good for one year I have no other option but to report them to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund for this service as it was not provided and it seems that I will not be able to use this gift certificate.
