I had contacted Blissful Celebrations for the use of their services for my weddingBlissful Celebrations is ruining what was supposed to be one of the happiest moments in my lifeThe gravamen of my complaint with Blissful Celebrations is their lack of customer service, their refusal to work with their clients, their unethical pricing practices, their aggressive sales tactics, and their refusal to refund monies owed
Specifically, Blissful Celebrations used aggressive sales tactics to coerce my fiance and myself into making a deposit with Blissful Celebrations for $prior to us booking a venue for our weddingBlissful specifically told us that unless we book that moment, then we would not receive the same rate and could not find a better rate with any of their competitors
I conveyed my concerns with Blissful that my needs for the wedding had drastically changed as we had selected a different venue for our wedding then originally anticipatedWhen asked to adjust the con
