Dear Revdex.com Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to explain the situation in reference to [redacted] and her evictionThe eviction had already been filed with the courts prior to the money being acceptedOnce I agreed to take the assistance from [redacted] Hospital *** [redacted] for the amount of 840.00, I dismissed the eviction and I have attached a copy of her most up to date ledgerI have allowed them to continue to live here and not pay any rent and now I have been left with no other option except to file another eviction on their accountThey have made no attempt to pay any monies since December of last year which they paid I am uncertain why she would file a complaint against us considering they have been living here rent free and the owners of lndy Aptshave decided it is time to file the eviction since they have made no attempts to communicate and or pay their rent for the apartment for which they still live inPlease feel free to reach out to me if you need anything and Iwibe more than happy to assist in any way that I can Management Connie K [redacted] 317-551-or [email protected]
