Review: Products ordered arrived defective. Immediately contacted business via email with concerns. CS representative responded one time then dropped the ball and declined any further communication back to resolve.Desired Settlement: Full refund in manner as paid.

Review: I placed an order for products from Blissworld.com. The items shipped out but were damaged in transit and returned to Blissworld.com prior to delivery. I contacted Blissworld.com by phone five times over a period of two weeks and each time was told that the person answering the phone could not look up order information but would have someone from customer service call me back. I never received a call back from anyone. I also e-mailed customer service three times using the contact form on the website and never got any sort of response. It has now been nearly a month since I placed my order and a full week since the damaged item was returned to Blissworld.com but I have not had any sort of contact from the company, no credit to my credit card which was charged for the products, or notification of a replacement having been sent. Overall this has been a very disappointing experience. I have given the company every chance to correct the issue but they will not call me back. I provided notice that if I was not called back I would dispute the charge with my bank and file a complaint with the Revdex.com which I am now doing.Desired Settlement: I would like someone from customer service to contact me to discuss the issue and figure out a workable solution. At this point that will likely be a moot point as I have already contested the charges with my bank. This is no way to run a business and after a number of years of using Bliss products I will likely go to another brand.

I hope you are well. I've recently had an unfortunate experience dealing with Bliss. A friend purchased a $250 gift card for me on 12/**/2015. I booked an appointment and had a lovely treatment. After, I was told that the gift card amount was $200. I had the packet which showed the value was $250 (this amount was not written by my friend). This was on a Sunday, a sweet girl behind the counter assured me that a manager would call or email me by EOD on Monday.

I hadn't heard from anyone at Bliss so on THURSDAY afternoon I called the [redacted] number. I was told they couldn't do anything but she still wouldn't give me a direct number to any spa or anyone who could help. I had to stop by [redacted] street that night. I should another nice girl behind the desk the packet showing $250.00. I was told by a spa manager they they would NOT honor the full amount, effectively stealing $50. I then asked that they send the $6 some odd dollars balance. Again, I was told that I'd have to come to the store to pick it up.

Needless to say, I was shocked that Bliss wouldn't honor the full amount of the gift card, a number that a Bliss staff member had written. I was also shocked by the lack of customer service that I had to physically go to a spa location for anyone to give me an answer and that I now have to go AGAIN to pick up my balance.

I think it important for corporate to know how the spas are being run.
