Unreliable company
would just like to say that this company is a joke! I purchased several items on their website less than a month ago, including their recommended wash and mesh bags only to have them ruined. I followed the instructions exactly as they were on the bottle which does indicate to wash using the mesh bags, using their detergent washing on cold, and on a delicate cycle, and if needed using the dryer on the lowest heat setting for no more than 20 mins. I followed all of these instructions, with no other items in the wash or dryer, and no added detergent or dryer sheets. my stuff was ruined and it came out with a white film! I have contacted customer service numerous times and keep getting pushed around saying that the supervisor is going to give me a call back. The only thing they could do is offer me 35% off to purchase another item and put blame on me stating that it could’ve been my washers PH or that it could’ve been my dryer causing the damage. I have washed clothes on a delicate cycle and dryer setting so I know how to treat delicate items. followed the instructions that they have on their website and bottle. If this is something that “could” happen, even though following the instructions, it does need to indicate otherwise and not sell this particular mesh bags to throw them into the wash or in the dryer. Numerous emails back-and-forth with customer support and photos attached got me nowhere but 35%. I honestly feel that this is some kind of a scam to get your money and then offering a 35% discount to re-purchase items.

I ordered a pillowcase from Blissy on August 18th. The website states that items are shipped 1-3 days of ordering. They charged my credit card and the order is still "unfulfilled." I have reached out to customer service through online chat, email and facebook messenger trying to get information as to when the pillowcase will ship. One reply said "1-3 days" which I already knew and is obviously not true.

The company refunded my money after I notified them that I had contacted the Revdex.com. Thank you for your help.

I ordered 4 pillowcases online from Blissy.com. The invoice specified shipping was free. But when the parcel arrived from Blissy in England, it attracted a customs charge of £14.38. I paid this fee, assuming Blissy would refund me. But when I asked for the refund in an email their response was: "Unfortunately, since this is an international order the customs fee is charged by the country that the product is shipped to and we do not have any control over it." To my mind, this response is disingenuous at best.

I ordered a Blissy pillow case before Easter. I received a tracking number that showed delivered. I am laid off and home all day due to Covid19. I immediately contacted Blissy with no response via email.

I looked them up online and found a phone number and spoke to *** after numerous attempts. She indicated an investigation will need to take place which I agreed!

I myself contacted Usps and started an investigation! The director of investigations got back to me with *** a few days and informed me they are marking this as stolen and because Blissy the company had no insurance that I needed to contact them to send me a product or refund my money.

I paid for this through PayPal and they said there was nothing they can do since the tracking was showing delivered.

I forward all the emails from the director of investigations along with a voicemail of his findings! He indicated if they had any questions he was open to speak to them!

Heard nothing! I called them for a week straight and was told that they would send me a new case!

A month later no tracking no pillow case nothing!

I reached out again and customer service told me they needed to conduct their own investigation that they couldn't go on here say even though I provided the voice mails and emailed proof!

I said that was fine and asked when they requested for the investigation since it is now going into June and this is since April.

I was told they would need to look into this. I asked for a boss or supervisor and was told they didn't have one.

This mind you the whole time I was being laughed at and eventually hung up on!

I then posted buyer beware messages on the Blissy Facebook platform and received a message from *** whom hung up on me telling me she didn't make fun of me and since PayPal denied my claim too bad.

There are a lot of people on fb posting similar situations!

Something has to be done about companies like this! I'm out my money and no product to show for it and on top of it being made fun of and hung up on!

Refund Refund at this point! I was willing to wait longer to receive the product! After all I ordered it because I wanted what they were selling however, after being made fun of twice by *** in customer service and hung up on twice by her as well and told there is no boss or supervisor. At this point, I would like a full refund!

Full refund

I ordered this product (4 pillow cases for $175.88)via telephone on November 19, 2019 (Order No. ***)to give as gifts. I had the representative, with whom I spoke, repeat my address where the package was to be sent to make certain that she had the right address. The representative stated that the product would arrive via UPS no later than Dec. 5, 2019. I asked if delivery could be expedited and she said "no" but that I would receive the package by 12/5. On 12/6/19, I had not received the delivery. I called Blissy's publicized number to be told that the package had been returned because of the wrong address. I asked if they could send it to me via Fed Ex as they made a mistake and I had ordered the pillow cases as gifts. The representative said "no" but that she would make certain that it was shipped that day. On the evening of Dec. 6, 2019, I called back to inquire about the status of the delivery and was told that it was shipped. I then received an email confirming that the package was in transit. Today,I received another email stating that "your package has recently shipped" with a tracking number. The time for me to give this product as a gift expires 12/13/19 and I am still without the product. The Company appears unreliable and not customer service oriented. Further, I have not been able to find any reliable contact information for Blissy LLC to bring my concerns to the attention of the Company.other than its call center.

Desired Outcome

Contact by the Business Delivery of the product or acknowledgement of the reversal of the charges no later than 12/13/19.

Company advertised "buy 3 and get one free." That offer would make the cost for 4 Queen cases to be $134.91 and NOT $179.88.
I contacted the company immediately at two offered e-mail addresses (*** and ***) and asked them to correct the amount due and refund PayPal for the difference or to immediately cancel the order, not ship anything, and not take any payment from PayPal.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt in allowing them to correct the calculation before proceeding further in the process...halting BEFORE shipping.

If they do not correct the pricing error AND ship 4 Blissy Queen covers, then this complaint should be processed for false and DECEPTIVE advertising.

I note that there had been a similar complaint previously lodged AFTER shipment. I have chosen to be proactive and have the issue resolved prior to any attempt to collect $179.88.

If that happens, then I will withdraw my complaint. If not, the complaint should proceed so as to prevent future consumers from having to attempt returns and refunds.

Desired Outcome

Collect a payment of only $134.91 AND ship the four Blissy queen cases as advertised. Or, admit to deceitful advertising and NOT PROCESS the order just placed and NOT ATTEMPT to collect $179.88.

Looking into *** order details, it appears *** placed an order with Bllissy. *** purchased four of the Blissy Silk Pillowcase (White) (Queen) at discounted rate. *** contacted us on 11/01/2019 and a full refund has been processed.

I returned 4 king, 1 queen pillowcase, total $242.85, received refund for $162.90. I contacted, email and call, they refuse to give me a full refund.
Aug 29, 2019, I purchased online 4 king pillowcases $197.88, 1 queen pillowcase $44.97 and 1 sleep mask $29.95. I returned all pillowcases, all 4 king and 1 queen. I received 2 emails, one for a refund of $132.95 and one for $29.95. I immediately contacted them asking them to give me the full and correct refund of $197.88 for all 4 king pillowcases and 1 queen at $44.97. They then asked for my tracking number, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX, which I sent on Oct. 12th, did not hear back for 10 days even after 2 additional emails asking for an update. I called on Oct 22nd, spoke to a rep, she stated they refunded me 3 king and 1 queen but I told her I returned all 4 king and 1 queen. She refused to listen to me, stated their shipping department showed that's all I returned. I told her I only kept the sleeping mask which is the $29.95 item and I expected a FULL refund. They are either a fraudlent business, have quality control issues, someone internally is stealing and they can't even add up the correct dollars, meaning they didn't even do a refund in the correct amount for the queen pillowcase and they totally did not give me my refund for 1 full king pillowcase. I told the rep I would be filing complaints on this company. I filed with the Federal Trade Commission as well today and file a complaint with my bank as well for their theft of my money they did not return to me. I also paid $20.77 to return all items. I will research their CEO and also send a compliant directly to the top of the house once I figure out who the CEO is. The rep refused to transfer me to any other higher level management and she hung up on me.

I saw an ad for silk pillowcases on *** which advertised if you buy a quantity of four, then the price is $44.99. Once I placed my order for the four as advertised and paid for it, only then did they display the total of my apparent purchase, which was $208.63! It appears it was not actually $44.99 each but (for a quantity of 4) it was $44.99 for EACH one of the four!! I searched for a button or link to cancel this order, but it was too late. There was no way to cancel or return, but I finally found a phone number I could call on their website.

I immediately called the number, but they were already closed. The next day, I called the number again during their normal business hours and got a machine. I left my contact information and stated in my message that I wanted to cancel my order.
I called again the following day during their normal business hours and again, I got a machine and left my contact information and requested they cancel my order. After leaving two messages, approximately 11 days after the order was placed, I received the products.

I have still gotten no response via phone or email from the company. This was a very misleading advertisement AND there is no way to return what I cannot afford if I can't reach the business.

Refund I would like to return the 4 silk pillowcases that cost me $208.63 for a full refund. I do not want to send the items back if they are not going to issue a refund and just ignore my calls. Their advertisement was very misleading. They made it look as if the price is $44.99 for four items, not $44.99 EACH when you buy four items. This company should seriously consider changing their business model. Tricking people into spending 4x the money on their product has never been good for business.
