Blitz Safe

Review: Contacted Blitz Safe >10 times by phone and email to return a faulty Bluetooth adapter. My phone calls were not taken seriously or redirected to no one. I was told to call back, which I did multiple times. I was told I would get a call back from the person in charge of refunds which never happened. I directly emailed the company and the returns manager with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to return my product for a refund.
