Being billed for insurance discounted amounts
I am being billed for the negotiated discounts that the insurance company said I would not be responsible for. I do have the bill and the insurance pay work sheet that clearly has a break down and I am in fact being billed for the discount. I have contacted the billing dept. and have not received a legimate answer for this bill. Before going to the Doctors office I did check with the Dr.s office and ins. company to make sure I was in their network and that discounts would apply.
