elsewhereSeveral stylists noted she seemed agitatedMs*** looked through our hair menu and was unable to select one of our signature styles or articulate what style she wantedShe became visibly irritated when our stylist asked if she had a picture of her desired lookAt no point throughout the service or during the checkout process did Ms*** state she was unhappy with her serviceWe would have gladly fixed anything she was unhappy aboutMs*** asked for a $discount for first time customers (a special that was over a year old)Nonetheless, we honored the discountShe checked out without further incidentSomething happened between the time Ms*** left our location and writing her negative *** reviewIn her review she made personal attacks against her stylist, ***She called her a "dog groomer"*** is a licensed cosmetologistMs*** also called her hair "***", which is a derogatory term for ethnic hair (which Ms*** is not)She has sent countless emails, *** messages, posted multiple reviews, and sent bogus pictures in an effort to extort the return of the service priceI have attempted to resolve this amicably with Ms***, but she is more interested in defaming my business than her refundShe has even emailed me stating she would take down her negative reviews if I were to refund her serviceAs a policy, we do not refund servicesRather, we offer complimentary future services or an opportunity to fix what she didn't likeHowever, she did not provide us with this opportunity
