To whom it may concern:Please find enclosed a list of inspections/repairs/service calls made to Rustic Wagon, San Antonio They signed a contract which includes visits per yearAs you can clearly see we made visits, unscheduled visits to this homeWe visited Rustic Wagon on 2/21/and discovered his control panel was burned up and scheduled to meet and replace it on 2/23/this meeting was scheduled with Mr [redacted] When we arrived there was no one there and we do not under any circumstance stances replace a $part without payment We attempted to collect payment over the phone, credit card, cash or check we offered to wait a bit so they could bring us the payment so we could do required work as scheduled they refused and asked us to leaveWe informed them we would come back but would have to add an additional trip chargeThis charge is only to cover our cost we do not add any profit we are just trying to recover what it cost us to drive there when they missed their scheduled appointment.As refusing to send a technician without processing the payment first, we had already had one no show we could not risk sending a tech and having a second no show.As charging their credit card without sending them a quote please see attached, as well as copies of emails sent to them.We did not hear from them again so on 5/27/we again preformed our scheduled inspection as per our contract and discovered they had not repaired the control panel therefore we are choosing to cancel the contract due to the safety hazardThe county was notified as per contract we turn in reports to the county as well as they also got a copyWe will not refund any money on the contract that included visits and as you can see we visited times so we went way above and beyond the contractAs to address leaving a bill on the doorWE NEVER LEAVE BILLS ON THE DOOR FOR CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN WITH US FOR LESS THAN YEARS OR FOR AMOUNTS OVER $
