Good Afternoon.Unfortunately, we can never confirm exact delivery dates when using moving companies on a state to state moveThere are many factors and we do our best to estimateDate confirmations are given with a delivery window about 5-days in advanceWhen conveyed that the client missed her move from a warehouse to her facility of other equipment that she was consoldating, we offered to have our Moving Company directly deliver the hood and gave her the optional cost of sto help her save timeIt was declined and after the Hood was delivered, she hired her own movers to do the assemblyEither way, it would be at extra costBlock is not responsible for sof these items unless paid for as an optionAll of this was conveyed.Back to the moving companyWe will forward these complaints as I do find it troublesome, however, we have been using this National Company for years and have not had any issuesThe contact is as follows:Deb [redacted] [redacted] Transport ###-###-#### F # ###-###-#### e-mail - [redacted] We are unaware of any dirt or dead bugs inside the unitThe hood has been tested and cleaned and records on this are keptThe only area where there may have been dirt is in and under the special Hepa FilterWe do not touch Hepa Filters as we are not certified to do thisSo we leave the old ones installed and we request the customer to hire a local company to install a New Hepa Filter when they Certify the unitAgain, this was conveyed to the client in advanceSo the original used filter is never touched and this is the only area there could have been dirtAgain, it is replaced before use and we let clients know this in advance.As stated, the hood works greatAs long as the client follows Class II Biological Hood procedures, has the new Filter replaced and inspected by a local Certified company, like she did, there is no problem on use and no possible method of contamination.To request Block Pay for the Assembly, which was offered as an option, is unacceptableOur warranty on all recertified units is days on parts, not including filters or lampsShould she wish to have a free, One year warranty, we could do this as we are sure the unit is in perfect conditionAs stated in our terms and conditions, the warranty is parts only and labor is not included if neededBut we will extend the warranty to year in good faith Thank you
