Ms*** is correct in her statement that the pool was delayed by weather this springThe May rains created a large issue for us and anyone in the building industryMs*** contacted me about installing a poolShe made the decision to purchase her pool, but did not have the required deposit
amount at the time of her choiceI agreed to take a partial deposit to allow her project on our calendarShe did catch up the deposit schedule Piotr to the start of the projectThe project was started and moved through the processDuring the installation we work with different crews to perform specialized functions of the processWhile we would like to see and expect this to be a smooth process for all of our projects, sometimes things happen to cause delaysThe delays may not always be in her project, but if something happens at another project to cause delays it can create a pipeline backup on other projects in lineWe have had weather days during the project and yes there was a day last week where we had a contractors employee in hospital with heat stroke symptoms and dehydration from the weatherWe contacted Ms*** and communicated the delay with herI fully expected and told her we would have water in the pool on WednesdayAfter speaking with the construction supervisor last night I understand the crew had to remove mud from the pool bottom from the Monday rain delay and this caused them more timeDuring the late afternoon they ran low on material and made the decision to go and procure more materialAt this time it was late afternoon and over degreesThe crew supervisior made the decision to come back fresh in the morning and compete the liner installation todayI am sorry that the pool has been delayed, but not for any reason caused by anyone trying to mislead her in any wayThe crews are working hard trying to make up for weather and construction delays I know this has been a frustrating time for Ms*** and her family, I hope she would take in consideration that we have created a high quality pool in her backyard for the family to enjoy for years and had I not allowed her to Add to the calendar wth a $deposit rather than the required 20% this would be much later and she may have had to wait until next year

In response to Mr.S*** complaintWe did have a work order to vacuum his poolIt is common for a pool that has not been running for some time to be green and need extreme attentionOur first course of action would be to clear the poolWe use high quality chemicals in specific doses to get the
desired resultsIt is a process to clear the poolI apologize for any misunderstanding m of what needed done and from what I understand that is why our manager reduced his bill and is only expecting paid for the product used in the poolWe received no contact from Mr S*** on this until trying to collect the billI do wish clearing his pool was as simple as just dumping things in and a quick vacuum, but that’s just not the caseIf it was people would not use services like oursIt is my belief that we have offered a proper resolution by charging no service call to drive out and add needed chemicals to the pool and just want to recover the price of product used in the repair

In review of the work order there was no mention of customer requests to use his own chemicalsAs I stated in prior response we would have told him that we use our own products to ensure the quality of the work being performedWe offer a service and understand the expectations of the customer and as stated a pool that has been closed and not operating for some time does not get cleared and vacuumed overnight

Our typical policy is to call the customer before going to the job site. Most maintenance cleanings are done for weekly customers. I do not have phone logs to show a call or not. It is normal for a call to made prior to heading to a job site.
