I am rejecting this response because: There are half-truths and insinuations in the resolution letter from Blonders First, we were told the *** Gallery side-by-side refrigerator was in stock and NOT a special orderSecond, it's true that we were given the spec sheet for the refrigerator to reviewThe spec sheet only gives the height dimension including hinges & rollersIt does not state the actual cabinet height Therefore, we called the store to discuss the specs with the salesman We were assured by Mark Hthat despite what the spec sheet said, we only needed 68.25" - 68.5" for the actual cabinet, and we had 68.5" Third, The freezer fan was making more than just a "slight vibration" The noise could be heard on the other side of the house! Fourth, I lost hundreds of dollars worth of food when the system failed and the "board needed to be reset" And there was NO power outage as asserted! Fifth, we were not made aware of the manufacturer's warranty at the time of purchase; only referred to it by the store upon the refrigerator's failure While I might be inclined to accept the resolution offered just to end any further association with the merchant, I refuse to have the facts of this dispute colored with half-truths and insinuations
