The husband called and said the wife was upset about the hair getting caught in the blow dryer, and wanted the money refunded. We don't refund money on services. hair cut being un-even. The wife called back and said the haircut was uneven I said well I personally will fix it and made her daughter an appointment for October 3rd at 11:00. She said her husband would have to bring her. The wife called back and said we are canceling the appointment because my husband doesn't want to bring her , she Thanked us very much for being nice and helpful, but she did say her husband is the man of the house so she has to obey him. Nancy has been doing hair for 40 years. She's doesn't do bad work, everyone has there moments of a hair being uneven, but we are always more willing to make people happy for 34 years.
