My appointment was scheduled quickly and I had the inspection report within 3 hours. I called about 5 other places before scheduling with Bloodhound and I'm glad I did. As I said, very thorough and beat all the other places I called in price. I'd definitely use their services again.

Bloodhound performed my home inspection in August. I was very impressed with bloodhounds thoroughness with the inspection and the detail report I received the same day that here in October 28 2015 I was informed by the bank that an infestation inspection was needed. With out hesitation I called bloodhound and of course bloodhound responded in a timely manner which was most important to me because I was running out of time on my extension to close with the bank. Not only was bloodhound prompt but just as thorough with the infestation inspection as they were with the home inspection. I strongly recommend bloodhound for your home inspection.

He let me follow him around like a lost puppy with no complaints and pointed out things I never would have thought of. He also answered any questions I had or issues I pointed out(that turned out to be non issues). He was relaxed and had a good attitude. I'd definitely recommend him. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because I never give 10's. He would have had to come home with me and cook me breakfast for a 10.
