I Called Bloom Auto on 8/16/I spoke to an salesman named Hank and ask him about a Maserati quatroportte and ask him do they finance and assured me they could get it done after I fill out a credit app when completed I then call to see if Hank had received it and was told that Hank was with another customer could he call me back I told him yes and never heard anything the next day I called again and spoke to a man name Ed who said he never heard of Hank but told me to speak to the owner name Ryan when called back at the time he told me ryan was at first outside when Ed was getting my contact information Ryan then came in and got on the phone and told me the car was sold this morning and I ask him why would Hank waste my time he was nasty and rude and basically said they car was gone get over it I would not recommend this rude unprofessional people to anyone
