I purchased a [redacted] online for a Service which was listed as Permanent Eyeliner and Permanent Eyebrows for $335.00. I scheduled an appointment with SaraKim, an Esthetician on May 1st. When I got into the business, I inquired about also getting my lips done. She told me it was $600.00 (no special). It took 4 hours to complete the procedures form 1-5, and I have no complaint about this. What I am having problems with is her billing. She First gave me a total owed of $1250.00. I paid $1050.00, and the later contacted her about the charges. She explained that I was also paying for "touch-ups". After I read the papers sent home, they clearly state " a touch-up is needed after 6 weeks (Included!). You must get your touch-up before 90 days or you will have to pay $99.00. My husband did not like the permanent makeup, so I contacted her to have her return the $450.00, plus explain why she charged me for that when it clearly states it was included. She REFUSES to return my money, and says it is too bad. She is also charging me for services that I never received nor intend to use. I have copies of her texts and the papers if you need them. The [redacted] DID not state there was any additional charges, nor is this a "bargain" ([redacted]). Unfair!I was contacted by Sara Kim, and have accepted her offer of returning $275.00. I appreciate your assistance with this.
