Bloom Heating

Review: I called bloom heating to fix leaking problem for the furnace in one of my rental property

located in [redacted] , on 05/15/13 , and I have paid off the bill with $131.54 after they were done.

Still the furnace was leaking again and I called them for many times, finally they showed up to fix it on 06/03/13.

But once more the furnace was leaking again and I have to call them for the third time to get it fixed. I was very shocked when I received a second bill (invoice [redacted]) from them on 06/07/13 for fixing exactly the same leaking problem. I sent out a letter to them for the problem of the second bill (invoice [redacted]) and ask them to waive to labor and service call charges and send me a revised bill. They didn't response to my letter and then on 07/05/13 I received a past due notice for that second bill (invoice [redacted]) totalling $79.71.Desired Settlement: I ask them to cancel the second bill (invoice [redacted]) and also the past due notice.
