I hired this company back about 3 months ago to help me with a bankruptcy and I feel like they did a great job. I felt so respected and informed the whole time about everything. I decided to also have them help me with my property that I was 8 months behind on. They worked with my lender and got me caught up and also got my payments reduced on top of it. Exceptional service and professionalism all the way around.
Wow what can I say... At first I was a bit skeptical because of past experience with another company that did not do much for me. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and didn't know what I should do. So glad I came across the Bloom groups and went with my gut feeling. Dealing with Bank of America as my lender has been an absolute nightmare. From constant back and forth with them trying to get help for over a year, each time assigning me to a new person to handle my application, to over charging me on made up fees and asking for far more than I was past due on. Bloom was able to get in and take care of everything with ease over the time I was told it would take. Although I am still with Bank of America to which I do not like, I can thank Bloom for getting my loan and house back on track to where I need to be! A plus effort
