3//2020: Pre-ordered supplement. Received confirmation e-mail of order. Order states you will received notification when the item ships.
Week of 4/: E-mail received stating product would be shipped out by end of weekend
Week of 4/: E-mail received stating products had not shipped but would be shipping out "today, tomorrow, and beginning of this week".
I have sent 2 e-mails to the company, the first asking if they can confirm my order since I haven't received notification of shipping. The second requesting either confirmation of shipping or to process a refund. No e-mails have been returned. The companies Instagram page has turned off comments on their post regarding this specific product. On other Instagram post it can be noted that other patrons are requesting an update or any communication regarding their orders, but the company nor the owner will respond. But the company does respond to positive post/reviews.
