brief misinterpretation of a product on our behalf has created this dispute. That is to say that these clip-on hair extensions bare similarities to authentic 100% human hair [redacted] clip-on extensions that hang right behind them. Starting with the packaging and design that is minimal on [redacted] package with a small tab with the brand name and a slanted 100% human hair written scarcely on clear packaging. The purchased product is the same length and size without any labels. We recognize this accident and pride ourselves on our honesty to our customers and refuse to take any reward in dealing deceitfully. With this mistake made we clearly see to resolve the matter oblige this consumer with what is due.
