I am rejecting this response because:** * is a representative of your trailers! I signed off on trailer because I was told the manger could not be installed with an escape door. How am I to know how they are built? It is the customer service suppose to offer all options. A customer would sign off based on what they were told. Maybe you need to train your representatives to offer person where things would be located. You never offered not once ever no cost transport to Salado!!!! Not to mention how would I haul my horses around in the mean time?? NO Custoner Service!!! It isn't my responsibility to figure out how to secure trailer parts! I haul horses in a trailer not parts!!! You people on the other hand to haul parts an know how to secure. I assumed they hauled that way from your place an that whoever unloaded them knew how to load them. As for discounts well I wouldn't need them if I had been offered that in the first place. So I'm still out the cost of install which I would not have had to pay with initial order. Nor would I have a $766 dollar extra doo that I will never be able to sale or use!! All because of your representatives!!!

Norman, Oklahoma is a Bloomer Dealer that is owned by [redacted], Inc. Bloomer Trailer Mfg., Inc. is a custom trailer manufacturer, the protocol in purchasing a Bloomer Trailer requires the Dealer/Customer to sign off on the itemized quote sheets and/or the drawing to ensure the customer is aware of exactly what they are getting and understand completely what they are ordering. In this instance, the customer signed off on the quote sheets, stating she understood all of the standard features and additional options that were included on her trailer. Upon receipt of that “sign off” at Bloomer Trailers, the order is scheduled for production, manufactured, and then freighted to the dealer’s location for the customer to take delivery of the trailer. In no instance during the ordering process was a manger on the escape door discussed with the dealer or the manufacturer. The customer took delivery of the trailer on 5/31/2017, three (3) days later on 6/3/2017, the customer contacted the dealer questioning why there was no manger on the escape door. The customer did not appreciate the dealer/salesperson’s response on this matter, which is completely out of the control of Bloomer Trailers. The salesperson contacted Bloomer Trailers regarding the situation and Bloomer quickly offered the escape door with a manger to be built for the customer’s trailer at a discount of $226.20 to the customer. The customer then had the escape door with a manger installed by another trailer manufacturer, unapproved by Bloomer. After installation, the customer claimed the door didn’t fit and had to be modified. Again, the modifications were done by another manufacturer, and before making Bloomer Trailers aware of the situation. Per Bloomer Trailer Mfg., Inc. Warranty guidelines, the request for reimbursement on the modifications was denied. The ramp that was ordered by the customer was also discounted in price by $83.76. The ramp was built and sent to [redacted] in Norman with the escape door and manger. Upon receipt of the ramp, escape door with manger, and additional parts the customer wanted, [redacted] stated the parts were in perfect condition and the customer was contacted to make arrangements to take delivery of the parts at [redacted]. The parts were then loaded in the customer’s trailer, at which time they became her responsibility. The damage to the ramp referenced in the complaint is due to the customer not securing the parts in her trailer for transport to the service shop doing the installations. The customer neglected to mention that Bloomer Trailers also provided her, at no charge, a Brush Tray ($89.00 value) and tread bars on her ramp ($150.00 value). The customer was provided a total of $548.96 in discounted parts. Bloomer Trailers arranged for the parts to be delivered to [redacted] in Norman, OK with no freight/shipping costs charged to the customer. Bloomer Trailers also worked with [redacted] to find common ground on labor charges to install the parts on the trailer. Unfortunately, the customer decided to take the trailer to a different location to have the parts installed. Therefore, the money spent in labor at the location was out of the control of Bloomer Trailers or [redacted]. The customer never requested to have the trailer freighted at no cost, to Bloomer Trailers’ manufacturing facility in Salado, TX. However, Bloomer Trailers offered to do the work at their manufacturing facility at a reduced rate in the event that the customer wanted to bring the trailer to Salado, TX. Bloomer Trailer Mfg., Inc. sales and warranty department spent countless hours via email and phone with the customer and staff at [redacted] in Norman, Oklahoma in an attempt to satisfy the customer. Regarding the consignment of the customer’s previous trailer, any arrangement to consign is 100% between the customer and the dealer in which they want to consign the trailer with. Bloomer Trailers does not have a consignment policy, based on previously stated policy regarding retail sales. All consignment arrangements are between customer and dealership.
