I usually check reviews when I order anything online or shop in personThis time I didn\'t much to my regret I made on order on Feb 11th with a delivery of Feb 13, day before Valentines Day The flower, bear and chocolates never arrived ***I contacted my credit card company and started a request of getting my money backThe Bloomex company didn\'t seam interested in helping me I called twice late in the day on the 13th to see where my flowers were They always said they are on routeNever arrivedThe next day, the 14th I called again will no resultsThats when I said thats enough and got my credit card company involvedThey were very helpful and was quite impressed

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife while she was at work -- same day delivery 12-5pm The delivery guy shows up at 6:15pm and leaves the flowers like a *** package, on a desk, no water, no careShe saw them the next morningI called them the next day and expressed my disappointment-- not a single apologyThey wanted to RE-SEND the flowers that were already delivered lateI asked for a deliver charge refund ($20), and they gave me back $When I messaged back, I received no responseNo accountability and terrible customer service

I ordered flowers from this [redacted] company for my sister in laws birthday.Not only do you pay 14.99 for delivery for a specified time 12-5 and they do not even get there I get an email from them after numerous calls with there [redacted] customer service representatives.[redacted] stating that it\'s busy time and they can deliver it 3 days after. Are we serious here ?? Offering me 20 credit towards another purchase no thank you never order from this company . To top it off the flowers came in two seperate bundles so the birthday girl had to put them together and what I got was not what I paid for a deluxe package and its bottom of the barrel flowers.[redacted] . I am furious I should have done research because from what I\'m seeing this is a going trend with them . [redacted]

Do not order from this company!!!! I ordered a blooming plant basket for my daughter's birthday, but they sent her a vase of cut flowers instead. When I called and emailed to complain, they said they were forced to do a substitution due to high order volume. But, their substitution did not comply with their own guidelines. They are not willing to make the order right, only to provide a partial store credit on the next order - [redacted].

I ordered a condolence basket on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. On Monday, I had not received confirmation that it had been delivered. For two hours I was unable to get through to customer service. I was invited to leave a message but never received a call back.

I tried their "live chat" but was told they could not tell me anything until a "confirmation email" was received. I asked what they were confirming... delivery, no delivery, or the order itself that was already two days overdue. They could not answer this question.

I managed eventually to get through by telephone and was told that there had been a problem with [redacted] delivering on Saturday and it would now be delivered TUESDAY. As [redacted] is not their company they could not tell me WHY the parcel was not delivered. I demanded a refund on the delivery charge and a manager to call me. Again, no one called.

Later in the day I received an email stating my full refund. [redacted]

I am very disappointed with this company and will not be using them again. I spent over 100$ on an order for Mother's day and not only was it two days late but instead of delivering fresh flowers they delivered the old ones and they were all half dead. When I called it took me three tries to talk to a customer service rep and when I finally did there was not a single apology for any of this. Instead there was a request to take photos and email them in, THEN they would do something about it. Will see if I get a full refund because that is what I want and will not be using them again nor will I recommend this company.

I ordered flowers for a funeral that never arrived. No apologies and when I spoke to a rep they admitted they were not delivered. The interesting part was they could not guarantee my money back. They charged my credit card for goods not sent [redacted]. I was told a Manager would contact me by email...no apologies, no one to discuss the terrible customer service [redacted]
I received no email and no phone call from a Manager and was not surprised. [redacted]. I contacted [redacted] and filed a dispute and received my money back in 2 days. I wrote "[redacted]" and informed them I filed a dispute and 2 days after I received my money back I received and email from BloomEx stating refund. That was it.

I ordered a Christmas center piece for my daughter In [redacted] from Bloomex. A delivery arrived but to my surprise it was a gift basket with crackers. Emailed company and they said they would correct this mistake. Five days later she had to go into town and pick up the worst put together center piece I have ever seen. It looked nothing at all like the one I ordered and paid for. [redacted].

I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary. The flowers did not make it to the location. I requested a refund as they did not make due on their end of the business transaction. They refused and stated they "do not guarantee they make it on a certain date".

I ordered a gift to be delivered today before Father's day and provided the correct address; and then, [redacted] had it on delivery exception citing incorrect apartment number. So I gave [redacted] and gave them the address, they said Bloomex did not provide the complete address, and they cannot deliver today or before Father's Day. I called Bloomex to tell them this, as this is not my fault and I should not have to pay for the delivery charges; I was told a manager will call me back.

Minutes later, I received an automated email from Bloomex telling me the status of the delivery has been updated to be next Monday, one day late for Father's Day, a generic 'sorry for the inconvenience' and that was IT.

A real business would at least offer to refund the delivery charges instead of a stupid email telling me what I already know. $14.99 (delivery charge) and they lost a customer forever. Stupid.
