Lies, terrible experience
I was told by a customer representative by chat that they would resend the flowers with an upgrade from them as an apology for an order that had disappointed me. The representative agreed to making it up for me but disappeared after. I then contacted them by email and that person said they would give me credit back instead (out of the blue). They then said it would be just $10... that is totally not acceptable and not professional at all. I am so disappointed and not satisfied with the discrepancy of their promises.

Do not order from this company!!!! I ordered a blooming plant basket for my daughter's birthday, but they sent her a vase of cut flowers instead When I called and emailed to complain, they said they were forced to do a substitution due to high order volumeBut, their substitution did not comply with their own guidelines They are not willing to make the order right, only to provide a partial store credit on the next order - [redacted]

I ordered a condolence basket on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday On Monday, I had not received confirmation that it had been delivered For two hours I was unable to get through to customer service I was invited to leave a message but never received a call back I tried their "live chat" but was told they could not tell me anything until a "confirmation email" was received I asked what they were confirmingdelivery, no delivery, or the order itself that was already two days overdue They could not answer this question I managed eventually to get through by telephone and was told that there had been a problem with [redacted] delivering on Saturday and it would now be delivered TUESDAY As [redacted] is not their company they could not tell me WHY the parcel was not delivered I demanded a refund on the delivery charge and a manager to call me Again, no one called Later in the day I received an email stating my full refund [redacted]

I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversaryThe flowers did not make it to the locationI requested a refund as they did not make due on their end of the business transactionThey refused and stated they "do not guarantee they make it on a certain date"

I ordered a Christmas center piece for my daughter In [redacted] from BloomexA delivery arrived but to my surprise it was a gift basket with crackersEmailed company and they said they would correct this mistakeFive days later she had to go into town and pick up the worst put together center piece I have ever seenIt looked nothing at all like the one I ordered and paid for [redacted]

I ordered a gift to be delivered today before Father's day and provided the correct address; and then, [redacted] had it on delivery exception citing incorrect apartment numberSo I gave [redacted] and gave them the address, they said Bloomex did not provide the complete address, and they cannot deliver today or before Father's DayI called Bloomex to tell them this, as this is not my fault and I should not have to pay for the delivery charges; I was told a manager will call me back Minutes later, I received an automated email from Bloomex telling me the status of the delivery has been updated to be next Monday, one day late for Father's Day, a generic 'sorry for the inconvenience' and that was IT A real business would at least offer to refund the delivery charges instead of a stupid email telling me what I already know$(delivery charge) and they lost a customer foreverStupid

I ordered flowers for a funeral that never arrivedNo apologies and when I spoke to a rep they admitted they were not deliveredThe interesting part was they could not guarantee my money backThey charged my credit card for goods not sent [redacted] I was told a Manager would contact me by email...no apologies, no one to discuss the terrible customer service [redacted] I received no email and no phone call from a Manager and was not surprised [redacted] I contacted [redacted] and filed a dispute and received my money back in daysI wrote " [redacted] " and informed them I filed a dispute and days after I received my money back I received and email from BloomEx stating refundThat was it

On two occasions that I've used the floral delivery services of Bloomex, the flowers delivered were nothing like those that I ordered (completely difference bouquets) The first time, we let it go, but the second time, when we contacted customer service, they said that refunds were not permitted, but they would resend the item The item was resent two days after, but again, it was not the item that we thought we were purchasing I would never use this service again It's a scam
