I live in Columbus, Ohio and had total damage to a completely finished basement due to water from a rain storm. They arrived when they said they would. They were professional and thorough. Nick, Tony and their team seemed to work well together and removed water damaged materials without causing much of a mess. Thanks again for all you did.

I had Russ Enfield come out to check a leak in my roof. Not only was he early to the appointment , but he was honest, professional , and reliable. He discussed the issue and a solution. His work was impeccable! I would not hesitate to recommend Russ and this company to anyone with any roofing issues. And I will cal them again with any further issues.
After the wind storm a few weeks ago, a section of vinyl siding under the peak of the roof pulled away from our house. We contacted Ben @Bloomfield Construction who returned our call within 5 minutes. We provided a picture of the area, received a verbal estimate range depending on what the repair would involve. Carl came out and removed all the siding from peak down to damaged area, refit and secured it all - he did a FABULOUS job!

My home filled with sewage on September 12, 2017 and Bloomfield Construction was hired by Liberty Mutual Insurance to replace my wood floors and paint the main area of my home. They were contacted on September 15, 2017 to start the job. I have been staying in a hotel since then with 2 dogs. I have had so many promises broken with lies about when the job would be done and here it is November 18th and I am still not in my home. Yesterday the operations manager set up a final walk thru and when I got to the home it still wasn't finished, this was the second walk thru that was scheduled and the job not finished. The operations manager is rude and doesn't care if I ever get into my home. His empty promises have just about destroyed my sanity I have been put on anti-anxiety meds and have had bronchitis for over a month. I need this to be over, this is a year old home and I want to get back into it. I was hoping for Thanksgiving I would be back but that is not going to happen. Please make sure no one else gets the treatment I have gotten from this company
Mrs. Gladwells insurance carrier had originally dispatched Service Master to perform the mitgation services on her home. We were brought in to perform repairs on this claim in Mid September. At this time we had to "revise" the existing repair estimate do to missing items in original adjusters scope of work. We typically do not begin any work until the additional scope of work has been "approved" by the carrier. This job was a $28,000 + involving multiple trades as well as special order items (hardwood flooring). Coordinating multiple trades this time of year is difficult as everyone is very busy. Since the beginning of this project we were advised to only deal with Mrs. Gladwell's attorney. I was told Mrs Gladwell's attorney was made aware weekly of the production timeline. Our punch list crew is onsite today working on finishing everything up. Mrs. Gladwell was advised on Friday Nov 17th that our crews would be at her home today the 22nd to repair all of her punch list items as noted in her email. I also personally took and email from her son and communicated with him about his claim earlier this week. He thanked me and asked that I make sure this job got finished and thanked me for communicating with him. Final cleaning of this project is to be completed by SERVICE MASTER as soon as she signs a Certificate of Completion. All repairs should be complete at the end of today except the toe-kicks on the cabinet...these were damaged during the wood floor install and are special order items. Mrs. Gladwell was advised that she can move back in after punchlist items are completed. The toe kicks can be installed at a later date while she is in the home.
