Going on weeks with no shipment notification as to why I still haven't recieved my orderI have been told twice that they'd have it out, still nothing

I would absolutely not order from this shop!! I have ordered from many "home-made" shops and have had no problemsBloomies is a different storyThis shop owner seems to be in way over her head, I ordered items (which I never recieved) and got two different e mails stating that they had been shipped which if you read reviews, you will see is a common issue with bloomiesThe shop owner sends a shipping label to the post office but does not actually send the itemsAfter failed communication via e mail, I reached out to her Instagram asking when I would recieve my order and if she could reply to my e mailShe deleted many of my comments and others as well because obviously she doesn't want people to get suspicious of her shopShe did give me a refund, which is not what I wanted...I didn't care about the 14.00, I wanted the headbands I was promised
The whole expierence was a disappointmentThe shop owner is unprofessional, rude and in over her headI'm hoping people will read these reviews and realize that this shop is a joke!

I had seen Bloomies lovely top knot headbands and cute bows and was so excited to order from this company when they had a saleThe shipping times listed had said 2-weeks so when I hadn't heard anything at weeks I emailed to check in and was told that their production times were 3-weeks, not including weekends(doesn't a week include weekends?)
A little after weeks I finally got a shipping notice saying I should see my order in daysAt almost weeks past the shipping notice, I emailed the company who said the package had been returned and then sent back out (with no one bothering to email me about the delay and no tracking system on their website)I finally received the order weeks after I placed itThe items were as ordered
Their lack of communication with their customers is a huge issue and I won't choose to order from them again

Review: I placed an order on Dec 19th with the online store Bloomies Homemade. The website claimed the estimated production time at 1-2 weeks. After emailing numerous times with the owner [redacted], I finally received my order (or most of it anyway) on March 7, 2015 (almost 12 weeks later).

In an email correspondence on Jan 13th, I was told the order would be shipped the last week of January. Feb 4th, I received an email saying they were a week behind and would ship the following Monday. On Feb 19th, I received an email saying my order had shipped via USPS. On Feb 27th, she informed me they "shipped" the previous day, but they did not send all of my order and would issue me a refund. I sent a follow up email on March 3rd because I STILL had not received my order, nor my refund. I received a reply to my latest email regarding my refund on March 4th asking if I had PayPal. I replied with my PayPal email address on March 5th, then again on March 9th. I have not received any correspondence since she asked for my PayPal info on March 4th - and I have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund ASAP

Review: I made an order on April 4, 2014. The business immediately charged my credit card through PayPal for the total amount. After emailing the company twice, I received an email on June 17 telling me my order has shipped. However, when I check the tracking code, USPS informs me that the product was never received by them. It has now been more than three months and I have yet to receive the product, even after trying to contact the company two more times.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: I ordered two separate orders of headbands from this business and both were sent to me with missing items. I have repeatedly tried to contact this business to receive my missing headbands that I have already paid for and the customer service has been terrible. I have been given excuses of their personal matters or I have been told that my items have been sent out but I never receive anything. I ordered these headbands in March and it is now mid July. This leaves plenty of time to even make my missing items let alone send them to me. I am upset that I have to take it this far but I do not like when I pay for something and do not receive what I have paid for. I feel ripped off and I would like this situation to be fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the 3 missing headbands that I had ordered. The triangles knot headband - $5.99. 3-6 month skinny white elastic flamingo bow $1.49. Toddler skinny white elastic white bow $1.49.

Review: I placed an order with Bloomie's handmade on Septemeber 25, 2104. I ordered 4 hair accessories. When ordering it wa states that the order would take about 8 weeks to ship...Come December still nothing. I emailed a couple times before hearing back. Though, on instagram the owner was always posting new items and communicating daily...I did notice several others concerned with delayed order status. When I finally received my ordered beginning of January, there was only 3 of the 4 items shipped. A note on the receipt said that they ran out of fabric for the remaining item and should get it soon then would send it. So I tried to wait patiently.... I emailed in February and heard back quickly, they informed my they would not be getting anymore of that given fabric and I need to choose another headband. I emailed the company with a new style... I received tracking info on March 13, 2015. When I click on the tracking info it says "pre shipment info sent".... It still says that! I emailed the owner (again) about the status a week ago and I still haven't heard back. In her replies throughout these delays since Septemeber, there are always accuses and yet some many other continue to ask about their delayed orders on Facebook. I don't understand how she has time to post about new products with so many delayed orders aren't being fulfilled. With all that being said.... I wanted to make someone aware of this business being run poorly. The products are well made, but management of communicating and supply/depmand needs serious improvement. I'm currently unaware of when my order will be delivered and finally fulfilled since September 25, 2015. Thank you!Desired Settlement: Quick delivery of product and honesy advertisement about timeline of shipment/delivery.

Review: Bloomies is a poorly run business...that could be considered a scam. This business stated shipped would take 6-8 weeks...after approx. 12 weeks my order never arrived. I emailed the owner several times to both of her email addresses, and called her... She gave me the run around and kept telling me "I'm shipping them next week" "I'm shipping them tonight". I did receive notification that my shipping label was printed but my order never made it to the post office...after weeks of being printed. This seems to be Bloomies M.O....she flat out lies about shipping the products, by the time you want a refund its too late to get your money back from paypal. Only after I continued to contact her without giving up she refunded my money. This shop is run through instagram...when other customers share the same complaints about never receiving orders she deletes their comments and blocks the user... Sadly then another customer fall victim to her game.Desired Settlement: The only way to fix this business would be for it to be run properly and honestly. A forced refund is not a solution. No one should have to battle with emails and phone calls just to recieve their order.

After learning about the shipment lead time of approximately 8 weeks, I attempted to cancel my orders. I filed a complaint with PayPal and the owner stated in December that I would receive a refund. I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times since for a status on my refund and I have not heard back. I would really just like this complaint resolved. I understand that business owners are busy, but not processing orders or refunds in a timely manner is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
