Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The office number was called and messages left The person who answers the phone, IF they answer the phone is very rude No return call The business was provided with more than one email address, but what would have been even better was to return the call rather than a curt response via email stating that it's not they're problem and rejected to even discuss it Communication and responsiveness from this business continue to be an issue As an example, we had to request invoices repeatedly.We appreciate the reimbursement of the repairs needed The whole issue could have been resolved quickly and more amicably had someone with authority been available and responsive to address it Sincerely, [redacted]

Our cleaning team that has been cleaning the clients home have been our lead/trainers for the company for 11+ years. We use all our own equipment/supplies and do not use abrasive materials to clean kitchen counter tops. I inquired if the scratches to the counter tops could have been
caused by other means such as placement of the range top grills or by another family member as the staff informed me there were abrasive scrubbers stored in the kitchen. I did not get a reply. The cost of repair of the customers counter top was $in which we credited for cleaning services which was what was requested by the client. The customer contacted a different phone number than the business phone thus there is a delay in our return of contact over the weekend after the Thursday night report of the incident. The customer asked that we pay for the repair of the counter top which we have done.The client email that was given at the start of cleanings does not go directly to the client and the number the client used to communicate with our office which handles all day to day matters was not the business number but a personal line which I believe contributed to the delays in communication
