We paid for flowers to be delivered but were NEVER delivered. However, their voicemail, which we heard over and over does wish u a blessed day?

This order was sent to us from another shop when we went to deliver we found out address was wrong the driver called and left several messages on the number we had for here returned to the shop we called the shop who sent them ttold them wrong address we left...

voice mails for a call back to get the right address The shop said they would call the sender check address they called back had found out it was the wrong address So the next day we tried to deliver again she was not home so driver called and left another message We had gotten a called the next day from the other shop wanting to know about deliver we told them we tried again this time was not home told them we left another message the sender had her call the shop to find out we had the wrong number also So now we had to make a fresh one  cause it had been three days of trying to reach her when  delivered she said how beautiful they were We have a 24 hour policy on the flowers as that is what we get from the wholesaler It was 4 days later she brought them back said they were died she did not really want flowers she just wanted to give the sender there money back She went on to say she felt bad that she did not need the flowers Said the people sent her the flowers as a thank you because she went to help as there son had just killed him self I had my staff inform her that I was not going  to refund as I had to make them twice and delivered them 4 times We are a small business that cost me money to keep making and the gas to keep going outthere when this was not our fault we had all the wrong information in the start I feel bad that her friend lost there son I understand she does not want them to spend money but I did the job I was suppose to do I did say I would send a new another one which I did not have to do but I wanted her happy but when it came to it she just did not want the flowers I would be happy to fix the problem if this was our fault in this case she just does not want her friend to pay
