To whom it may concern,
I [redacted] President of Bloomingdale Heating and Air Conditioning,Inc.
On September 18th I had sent one of my technicians out to Ms [redacted] house to take care of the humidifier feed line shut off valve...
that the village had flagged her on. We ONLY installed the furnace not the humidifier. She seemed to think that it was our responsibility to change the shut off valve when actually it was not.
I went ahead and told my technician to change the valve at no charge. At this time all issues are taken care of.
