traffic on interstate 390 East of Lake St. The disable tractor & trailer had no power or airbrake system. This is not a car or pickup it is a semi-tractor and trailer. Our normal State Police Heavy Duty rates are $370.00 per UNIT, i.e. tractor 1 unit and trailer 1 unit, the charges should have been $740.00/hour, instead we discounted the rate to $555.00/hour.
