All claims against Blooming Deals Consignment Boutique, reported on 3-10-14 by Mrs [redacted] are False and I will be happy to submit any paper work supporting my records. I will happily forward a recent police report that will show cause for this claim along with written testimony from other local businesses and tenants from Mrs. [redacted] trailer park showing cause for continued harassment by the [redacted] family. Mrs. [redacted] has put many items on hold and has never paid any money me for the items, including one formal red dress from February. 2014 (which she has never returned for once again). A layaway must have a deposit and must be paid off within 30 days. The only items Mrs. [redacted] has ever recieved from Blooming Deals has been gifts to her, after she cleaned up after a garage sale and picked up trash in the public alley. She was asked to detach all price tags and give them to me in order to pay my clients. She did turn in all tags and with all items give to her it equaled out well above $200.00. You may contact [redacted] from the [redacted] (assistant Manager ###-###-####) and confirm the items were hauled to their homes at no charge. You may also contact Mr. [redacted] at ###-###-#### to confirm my arrangements with [redacted] and [redacted]. He was there that day and witness to them taking things. I consider this to be slander and will follow through with all legal actions until this claim is dropped. Please request all records from Mrs. [redacted], including her payments in full.
