I am rejecting this response because: first and For most much of this response is untrueEven after several request I was never shown any carfax information on car historyAnd sales manager was very blunt and rude to meTold me I could download the owners Manuel myself did not offer one to meAlso he never offered me spare tire or jackI would have to had ordered it myself and had it installedOnly thing offered was a second set of keysAs far as offering me other equipment this was not true and when asked for a ride home was deniedI did revive a voicemail on 6/But no message On 6/A sales manger named Ben left me an apology for their behavior and what was said to meThis is saved on my phoneWas also told after walking out that said sales manager was sent home. The repairs previously done to her Renegade have not corrected the problem. There are reflashes available for the Renegade that might fix...
the issue that have not been previously done at Hudson Jeep. [redacted] moved out of state so unfortunately we cannot get the vehicle into our shop to do what is necessary to correct these issues. [redacted] and Nick will continue to work, from a distance, to try to get this corrected OR get FCA involved in a purchase of a new vehicle with FCA participating via a buyback or purchase coupon. On June 4th [redacted] Purchased 2015 Grand Caravan with 5900 miles. At the time of sale she requested $1600 of additional equipment to be installed. On June 9th [redacted] decided not to take the vehicle and reason for that was that her vehicle didn’t come with equipped spare tire. My used car...
manager explained to her that the vehicle from factory didn't come equipped with spare tire but, it came with Tire Inflator Kit like most late model vehicles do. He also offered her to get her spare key, owners Manuel and spare tire at no additional cost. My salesperson did show [redacted] Carfax and history of this vehicle and that information was available to everybody on our web page. Bottom line is my employees were not deceptive and even after they were accused of deception, they offered [redacted] additional equipment that didn’t come with the vehicle from factory nor did we advertise it.[redacted] did request her money back and check request was sent to our accounting department for reimbursement. Check was issued on June 14th but, we had to wait 10 days for her check to clear before she can receive reimbursement check from our company. I have attached a copy of the check. As a General Manager of this store I have not received any complaints or phone calls from [redacted]. I did receive a phone call from employee of our partner store on Saturday (06/25/2016) and she told me that [redacted] had not received her check. I called [redacted] after I talked to all my employees on Monday morning that were involved. I did leave her a message on 06/27/2016 that her check was in mail and that she should have it in her position by 06/28/2018 which is today. I have not received a phone call back from [redacted] as of right now. I do apologize to [redacted] for taking this long to get her check but, my employees had to follow the company rules.
