'Arial", sans-serif LETTER-SPACING: -0.2pt'>This to acknowledge that we received the blanket, cleaned it, and mistalenly released it to the wrong personOne of our front counter personnel knew the blanket was red, picked up the wrong blanket and did not check the identifying tagWhen we learned of the error we contacted the customer who received the wrong blanket, however, their explaination was that they thought their blanket had deteriorated during cleaning and threw it away making it impossible to return it to usWe tried to explain this to Ms*** but it appears we were not successfulObviously we cannot return the original item but would try to make amends if she will tell what she would like us to do, and if it is within our ability to complyWe have called and left a message to return our call but she has not done soAs I think you can see from our Revdex.com history over that past years of business ownership we have not been our your radar, but we do at time make errors and attempt to take corrective actionPlease respond at your convenienceThank you,

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We were NEVER told that the blanket was destroyed and thrown awayWe were told that the woman had misplaced the blanket and was unable to find itWe have received NO phone calls from the cleaners about anythingIn fact, I had to call back after two weeks after receiving no message and was told then that the woman had lost itThey pretty much said then that they didn't know what they could do about anything and that they felt that the issue was over--after all, they couldn't make the woman come up with the "lost" blanketI am really more upset about the fact that they have told the Revdex.com something entirely different than what they told meI've said nothing about the OTHER cleaning that I picked up--the comforter that now is unusable because all the filling is now clumped in each of the little "pockets;" or the coat that has lapels that do not "bend" back to their former shapeI'm not sure what CAN be done about a missing heirloom (possibly destroyed)--but I can ask the Revdex.com to keep this "mark" against the businessPerhaps we should have the money returned to us for the other cleaning...if not be recompensed financially for the blanketIt's hard to say what's fair, but an antique blanket from the Bloomfield factory could fetch about $at the Antique MallEven if we receive nothing, I'm still never going back to the cleanersI'm sad about that, because their eco-friendly method is important to me--but I have to also know that my items will be returned and in good condition.
