I have given him my address numerous times, over the phone, through an email and through snail mailHe has my original contract with my addressHe has told me numerous times he would send me a check "just needed my address" and I have not received itI have the emails, copies of the letters as proof

I am rejecting this response because:The contract was never followed and broken because *** over charged on the down payment by nearly $dollars from the agreementHe also never sent a revised contract that shows how we were charged for the bus that was sent or the going rate for the buses based upon our route and time. *** claimed to contact us by email and phone, when asked to produce the email or resend it *** was unable to or made a claim that he did when there was never one received by my sonThis is also the first time that *** has made the claim of contacting by phone and leaving a voicemailWe are willing to send our phone records to the Revdex.com to support that there was never a phone call attempted to either number that was given to ***Within the attached post, there is a Facebook response between my son and ***, within the chain there was again never a mention of a phone callThere were many inconsistencies within ***'s social media posts that also contradict his response to this complaint

To whom it may concern,I apologize that my trolley broke downIt is an older trolley and I couldn't foresee it breaking down, as it is rented all year and Christmas seasonI made multiple attempts to inform the customer of this unfortunate accident, but received no replies to my emails nor the
voicemail I left to their phoneI sent them a bus to accommodate the wedding and proceed to give them the bus rate instead of the trolley ratei am deeply saddened that I could not get them the trolley, but you cannot know when there will be a mechanical issueI do over weddings a year and occasionally, a mechanical error will happen and I try my best to make things alrighti tried my best to contact the customer and gave them a bus in attempt to make things right and I apologize that I could not satisfy them.Thank you,*** ***Owner of Bloomington-Limousine and Shuttle
